Personal Information
One of the most successful chuckwagon drivers of all time, Jerry is a three–time World Champion Chuckwagon Driver, the 1993 Calgary Stampede GMC Rangeland Derby Champion, is co–holder of the Calgary Stampede track record, and outrode for three GMC Rangeland Derby Championship outfits and 1 Calgary Stampede Aggregate winner. He is a two-time Ponoka Stampede Champion, and a three-time champion of both the Grande Prairie Stompede and North American Chuckwagon Championship. 2012 saw Jerry qualify for two winner–take–all championship final heats at the Grande Prairie Stompede an the North American Chuckwagon Championship, and place in the top ten overall at six of nine show. He received the Ralph Vigen Memorial Award for having the top aggregate time at the Grande Priaire Stompede, posted 21 top ten runs including 1 first place runs and 10 runs that cracked the top five. Jerry has had four horses named to the WPCA's Equine Outfit of Excellence, and has made his seven trips to the GMC Rangeland Derby’s winner–take–all championship final heat. Jerry won the WPCA Clean Drive Award in 2003, received the WPCA’s Top Rookie Driver in 1984, the WPCA’s Most Improved Chuckwagon Outfit in 1987, was the 1986 World Champion Outrider, and is co-holder of the Calgary Stampede track record. Jerry has two children - Shane and Jaycee. Along with his wife Donna, the Bremners make their home in Westerose, Alberta. Jerry is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling.
